The Terms and conditions of  the “free” ONE and TWO day guided tours through Kellycountry, are the same except the two day tour has an over night stay at Beechworth, updated 28/12/07

Please read and understand and acknowledge the following conditions of what I am offering, so you will know exactly what you are committing to, and so there will be no Misunderstandings.

  1. Why a two day guided tour ?, well there is just too much to see in one day.

  2. Why am I doing this friendly, informative and mind blowing  guided tour for you ?, Well it’s  to commemorate Ned and the gang,  but the offer  is for a limited time only.

  3. Why is it “free” ?, well I am not charging you anything for this guided tour, If you want to learn I am happy to show you.

  4. What’s the catch ? Nothing is for free, well that’s simple YOU cover all costs, that’s all fuel, food and accommodation for both YOU and MYSELF.

  5. We travel in your car, It MUST  be registered and roadworthy, and MUST have working Air Conditioning and Heater

  6. You pick me up from the Post Office in Ringwood East, Victoria, at 7.30 am sharp, and return me to pick up point.

  7. What would be My expected coststhat You will have to pay for ?

Well I try and stay at the Tanswells Hotel that's about $50.00, plus  meals ,morning and after noon tea, any entry fees , total estimated  to be under $80.00.  this is a small cost considering what you will gain from this two day free tour..

If a Hotel room  is not available at Tanswells, when you want to travel then costs will be higher,

  8. What are the extra expenses that  You will have ?,

Well all fuel, Your accommodation, your meals and entry fees, any thing else you want to buy.

  9. You can choose any accommodation in Beechworth for yourself,  that’s up to you.

  10. Breakfast is at the bakery in Beechworth, or Tanswells includes a light breakfast in cost of room

  11. You must be aware that this guided tour is jam packed with things to see and we must keep on the move to see it all, and travel at least as fast as the speed limit where safe to do so, I want to get home in one piece to ! , that also means NO drink driving, or Drugs.

  12. In the summary of things to see, I have not listed all things, there are still some small surprises.

  13. As this guided tour is a little more formal than usual I will be asking ALL Guests  to sign a legal  liability WAIVER, why ?,

Well if you do something silly like fall over and hurt yourself , then I am covered and you cannot sue me.

  14. If any Guests don’t want to sign the waiver then that’s ok, but the tour will not proceed.

  15. RESERVED.

  16. MY PREFERENCE is to do this tour is during the week, because Beechworth can get very busy during the weekend and accommodation in Town can be hard to book, however most  weekend's are OK, we just need to check on the date when you want to travel

  17. I think that’s about all, if you are interested please email me and we can discuss the finer details.

 Thank you for your enquiry,
